Requirements:

Bachelors in M.Sc., B.Sc. Microbiologist, chemical engineer etc.

Background education, training & working experience focusing on bioprocessing. (Both downstream & upstream would be an added advantage)

Worked & trained on Bioprocessing instruments

Responsibilities:

Provide service support to the assigned region for Bioprocess Products.

Develop strategies along with Service Manager to promote bioprocess service products & offerings

Ensure proper & timely performance of service work in line with customer’s expectation

Provide training & retraining to new, existing bioprocess service team, local engineers at other Eppendorf branches, dealers/ distributor engineers

Provide expert advice & trouble shoot with applications & technical service support for bioreactor equipment, instrumentation & automation related to bioprocess technology products in assigned region

Communicate with regional service managers/heads/dealers & manage Bioprocess service activities

Configure service quotations & contracts for customers, working together with sales team

Responsible to generate service revenue in his region & support to achieve APA service targets

Assist pre-sales activities & provide support to answer technical questions about Bioprocess systems

Involve in the discussion with the customer’s engineering team to prepare & inspect site prior to installation

Perform installations, trainings, PMs & repairs in the region
